Enrollment and Billing

Our relationship begins with your inquiry to us

We invite you to express briefly your interests, needs and questions. We will respond promptly by return e-mail, and we will perhaps recommend a telephone interview. If you wish such an interview, we will determine a mutually satisfactory time for it.

During this interview, we will clarify what your needs are and how best to serve you. If our relationship ends with this interview there will be no charge. If service is to continue, payment is required in advance for work planned for the up-coming month, plus for the initial interview.

My rate of $125 per hour is applied only for direct contact time, unless otherwise agreed. Between our sessions, I will work diligently on your behalf gathering resources to aid in our work together.

Herman Melville lamented that, "In this world, shipmates, sin that pays its way can travel freely, and without passport; whereas Virtue, if a pauper, is stopped at all frontiers." Wishing to minimize my participation in this injustice, I consistently offer my services on a reduced fee or pro bono publico basis 10 to 20 percent of the time. To be considered for reduced fee service, three criteria must be meet: poverty, critical need for service, and suitability of service for need.

Most clients choose to schedule 2 to 4 one hour sessions per month. Other options include one 2 hour long or four half hour long sessions per month. Options such as multi-hour marathon sessions and several day retreats are figured on a basis of $600 per day plus expenses. I charge for my time and expenses, not by the person. The same hourly rate applies regardless of how many people participate, though expenses may vary greatly with location, travel, accommodations, etc.
